• The particular die and the porosity of the dough are designed to hold and wrap the sauces, thus becoming the ideal complement to every first course. All our work is focused on the research and continuous selection of the best raw materials, combined with the skill of our pasta masters.
We use durum wheat semolina coming from local areas not affected by industrialization, of local origin, therefore at Km. Zero. Therefore coming from local companies, selected and certified traceable, with short supply chain.
Our pasta has a straw color with perfumed notes and perfectly maintains cooking. Furthermore, bronze drawing guarantees an ideal surface suitable for retaining sauces.
